Return Process

  Contact our customer support team via email or our online portal with your order number and the reason for your return.

  Package Your Items

  Carefully disassemble your product and place it back into its original shipping box with all hardware and instruction manuals included.

  Attach Shipping Label

  Once approved, print the provided prepaid return label and securely affix it to the outside of the package, ensuring old labels are covered.

  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse inspects the returned item, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
